Exercise


Various exercises are great for maintaining a healthy weight, building muscle, and losing any unwanted fat. It is important to stay active daily through sports, going to the gym, working out at home, walking, or participating in other physical activities. In order to lose weight, one must burn more calories than one consumes. Adults should get two and a half hours of aerobic exercise each week. The exercises should be spaced out and last at least ten minutes at a time. Find ways to increase daily activity in order to achieve a healthy weight. Walk more often, climb stairs, and do various household activities.

The benefits of exercising include stronger bones, a better mood and help with anxiety, a reduction of the risk of having a heart attack or stroke, and help with managing high blood pressure and cholesterol. Resistance exercises can help to build muscle strength by making your body work harder. Aerobic exercises build endurance, which helps with the body’s cardiovascular system. Other exercises such as Yoga practices can help wit balance and flexibility, which can help build a better posture. Exercising helps people to maneuver better and live longer, healthier lives.

  1. The benefits of exercise is phenomenial.It helps with stress, heart, hypertension, cholestrol and so much more. We just need to get everyone up and out doing things than sitting and watching tv or playing video games. That's the biggest challenge.
